CANCELLATIONS:
up to 60 days before arrival the hotel will refund the customer the full amount paid (retaining only € 30 for bank fees)
from the 59th day to the 30th day before the date of arrival  the hotel will retain 60% of the deposit
from 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival the hotel will retain the 85% of the deposit
from the 14th day to the arrival date  the hotel will retain 100% of the deposit
